I am a life lover & self explorer who began practicing Yoga when I was 15. I started going to Yoga with my mom (a couple times a week) & it became something that strengthened our bond together.
But the real magic kicked in when I started connecting more deeply to myself. I noticed each practice offered something new, different & so real to me, I could not ignore this.
Before, I was suffering from anxiety and low self esteem... but Yoga made me strong, Yoga taught me how to accept my body and how to work from good intentions. It wasn't long before I had developed such a passion for Yoga.
I continued to complete a few teacher training courses where I gained more insight & beautiful experiences working with wonderful Yogis.
Now, I teach Yoga full time. I've instructed at Yoga studios, gyms, holistic centers, rehabs, elementary & high schools, beaches in SoCal & even for private & public events.
Overall, I feel determined to share my tremendous love for Yoga & to always offer my very best in hopes I will inspire others.
Totemmi illustrates our Pacific Northwest home perfectly. & (even more so) represents my free flowing style on-and-off the mat. I love that their eco-fashion supports conscious consumers & people who enjoy expressing a vibrant & uplifting lifestyle.
“True Yoga is not about the shape of your body but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to be performed, Yoga is to be lived. Yoga doesn't care about what you've been, Yoga cares about the person you're becoming. Yoga is designed for a vast and profound purpose and for it to be truly called Yoga, its essence must embodied.” AADIL PALKHIVALA
